Please fully read these terms and conditions, by placing an order you accept their content.

ORDERS

To place a my.leo order

  • Select your favourite leotard from Isla, Izzie, Hettie or Lola.
  • Select CUSTOMISE THIS PRODUCT.
  • Tick to include a scrunchie and/or shorts.
  • Add your name in the box provided, added in diamontes.
  • Detail in the same box where you would like your name to appear, eg, front right hem or across centre back.
  • Click into CUSTOMISATION OPTIONS to create your own design.
  • When you are happy with your design add items to SHOPPING CART via ADD TO CART button.
  • Click SHOPPING CART to review your selections.
  • Click CHECK OUT to choose payment method and enter payment details

To place an order for stock items

  • Browse Store
  • Add items to SHOPPING CART via ADD TO CART button.
  • Click SHOPPING CART to review your selections.
  • Click CHECK OUT to choose payment method and enter payment details.

We accept payments via Paypal and Stripe.

PRICING POLICY

Prices may be subject to change without notice. Any order placed will be supplied at the price quoted on your invoice. All our prices are in GBP Sterling.

SHIPPING

Prancy Nancy aims to dispatch my.leo – design your own leotard and other customised items within 10 days and other items within 48 hours.

All UK deliveries will be sent Second Class Signed For, unless First Class Signed For is selected.

Stock orders are subject to availability. Where a stock error occurs and we are unable to dispatch within 48 hours, we will email you to advise you of estimated dispatch dates.

Please note that at certain times of the year the factories will have a considerable workload and if you require goods for a specific date then please order as early as possible and also contact us to confirm that we can meet your delivery criteria.

We may dispatch some of your items separately but you will not be charged any additional postage.

Please be aware that delivery times may vary from the estimates given and on rare occasions may be longer than expected.

Please be aware that the maximum time limit for reporting missing items is 14 days in the UK and 30 days outside the UK. Any parcels reported later are difficult to track.

Please note we are unable to add additional delivery instructions to your parcel. If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the postman will leave a card for you to arrange collection or re-delivery from your local sorting office.

All deliveries are double-checked but if any delivery shortages or incorrect items are in your parcel they must be reported to us within 48 hours of receipt.

RETURNS

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return any merchandise (not including personalized/customised items or special orders, please see below) with which you are not satisfied.

For hygiene reasons tights and foundation garments will not be exchanged if removed from their original packaging, tights as you would expect are dispatched in pristine condition and any returns would only be accepted back in the same condition.

Please ensure shoes are fitted on a non-marking floor.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEM

Before sending your return please contact us by email and let us know what the problem is and that you are returning the item.

Return the goods in the condition in which they were sent, in original packaging with all tags & any hygiene strips attached, to the address shown below and in accordance with your request we will exchange or refund the value of the items in full. Once we have received the goods we will refund the relevant cost.

Items returned without tags are considered to be in a used condition and will not be accepted as returns.

We recommend that you send your return via a signed for service such as Royal Mail Second Class Sign For so that your item is fully insured should it go missing on its return journey. This also means that if your item is lost or damaged in the post you are able to claim for its cost from the carrier.

Prancy Nancy will take no responsibility for returned item(s) lost or damaged in the post, goods being returned are the buyers responsibility until they have been safely returned to us.

Return postage is the buyer’s responsibility and will not be refunded.

Should you wish to exchange your item, postage will be charged for dispatch of the replacement item.

PERSONALISED/CUSTOMISED ITEMS AND SPECIAL ORDERS

Personalised/customised items and special orders are non-returnable unless faulty as they are made to the customer’s specifications, so please take care when ordering to ensure you have selected the correct size, contact us if you need help with this.

Special Order items include all my.leo design your own leotards, all other gymnastic leotards, hotpants & scrunchies, tutus, clubwear, all leotards requested in custom colours or designs, all bags & shorts with names added and any item personalised or customised to a customers personal requirements.

FAULTY GOODS

Check the packaging to see if it has been damaged in the post. Please return all items including the packaging to us at the address shown above by Royal Mail Second Class Signed For. We will then refund you the postage for the return and send you replacement goods. Where worn items can be repaired, please ensure these are washed prior to sending to us.

Please take care to follow the washing instructions for your garment, as fading and dulling of colours due to washing your items incorrectly do not constitute a fault with the item.

You may notice some fading or rubbing off of fabrics from friction during wear, please note that this also does not constitute a fault with our item.

INCORRECT SIZE/ITEM (excluding personalised/customised and special orders, see notes above).

If the size is incorrect please return the goods and packaging in the condition in which they were sold and we will replace with the correct size. Postage and packaging will be paid by us where the error has been made from our side.

Any of the above does not affect your statutory rights.

Our team makes every effort to ensure that all styles & fabrics are accurately portrayed on the website. We do try to give accurate descriptions of each product but due to slight differences in appearance as a result of different monitors, digital photographic reproduction or screen settings, it is difficult for us to guarantee a true representation of colours.
